Maintenance and care of PVC anti-static flooring
1. Do not walk on the floor with spiked shoes.
2. It is strictly prohibited to scratch the floor with hard objects or tools. Especially, plywood should be placed around the equipment transportation route and the area where the equipment is installed to prevent floor scratches and oil stains.
3. After the floor construction is completed, when moving the machinery and equipment, it is strictly prohibited to drag or rub the equipment on the floor.
4. It is strictly prohibited to use corrosive solvents to clean the floor surface.
5. When entering the production area, one should wear special soft-soled shoes or foot covers to prevent dust from entering the workplace.
6. It is strictly prohibited to allow highly penetrating inks or machine oils to contaminate the floor surface.
7. Thoroughly prevent heavy-duty trailers from dragging on the floor surface. For the small vehicles used in the production site, tires that are not prone to discoloration should be selected. It is recommended to use tires made of nylon materials.
8. If the floor surface is indeed contaminated, clean it with gasoline, detergent, and decontamination powder. Then, apply anti-static wax for polishing treatment on the surface.
9. This floor is generally cleaned once a year, and then treated with anti-static floor wax for polishing and maintenance.
